I completed my new miniature ACEO/ATC painting yesterday.  It is different from some of my other miniature art.  Exploring new concepts and techniques as I start working on a new ACEO. Enjoy Touch Of Gold.

Working last night on my new miniature ACEO Paintings.  I will keep working on them today. 

My paintings are filled with texture.  I like to work with sculptural layers against the flat mixed media paints.  There is a play of light reflecting off of the textural surfaces. 

I started two new miniature mixed media paintings today.  Lots of texure in combination with mixed media paints.  This will be a continuation of my ACEO/ATC miniature art. 

The flow of the paint gliding on the heavy watercolor paper... Each watercolor brush stroke adding to the next creating a landscape of color.  Watercolor painting is magic.

Most of my paintings are about exploring the surface of the canvas with different layers of texture in combination with the mixed media paints.  There is a play of light and shadow with these textures.
